Our mission at BlockPug is to educate the future generation of investors on all aspects of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and digital assets. We are confident in the future of cryptocurrencies and their potential role in enabling a future in which everyone of us has greater control over our money, financial data, and the global financial system as a whole.
Despite the fact the industry has progressed leaps and bounds throughout the last decade, there are still far too many misconceptions and ill-conceived notions that lead many individuals wrong when it comes to cryptocurrency.
At BlockPug, our overarching goal is to provide newbie investors and novice crypto enthusiasts with the knowledge they need to become self-sufficient in the market, and we intend to do so with a fair and balanced view on many of the industry’s core subjects.
On our website, we cover a wide variety of topics, including:
- Cryptocurrency exchange and CFD platform reviews
- A glossary of common crypto jargon
- Product comparisons (exchanges and apps)
- Educational guides
- The best tools and platforms to enhance your experience.
Hello, my name is James, and I’m the co-founder and lead content creator at BlockPug. I’ve been a crypto aficionado since 2016 which means I have seen pretty much all there is to see in this crazy space. From advising startups during the 2017 ICO mania to getting burnt by Bitconnect and narrowly surviving the Great Crypto Crash, I consider myself a battle-hardened veteran of the industry at this point.
Even to this date, the industry continues to both amaze and terrify me at the same time – and I wouldn’t change it for the world (even though it’s visibly aged me by about 5 years).
My main ambition with BlockPug is to share the experience and expertise I have acquired over the past half-decade, with the intention of helping you avoid the mistakes I made while passing on the handy bits of nuanced knowledge that only arrives with enough exposure to the realm of the crypto-verse.
Outside of crypto, I’m a full-time writer and spend most of my time producing content for various publications, including my website, TheFreelanceWritersClub.
